China defends supply of nuclear reactors to PakistanBIEJING: Defending its atomic participation with its trusted associate Pakistan, China on Thursday said its supply of reactors to Islamabad were as per the standards of NSG and under the supervision of U.N's. atomic guard dog.

Invalidating a U.S. research organization report which said that China's atomic participation with Pakistan was in contradiction with the Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) standards, Chinese Foreign Ministry representative, Hua Chunying said China, Pakistan collaboration is as per the 48-part atomic club, which regulates worldwide atomic business.

"China has expressed on numerous events that the participation amongst China and Pakistan in the common atomic vitality area is totally for serene reason," Mrs. Hua said.

"Such participation is liable to the shields and supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and as per the NSG's standards and the worldwide commitments accepted by the two nations," the representative said.
