Musharraf’s bungalow saved from being confiscated   KARACHI: The principle private lodge of previous president Gen. (retd) Pervez Musharraf, situated in Army Housing Scheme Clifton, was spared from being appropriated after it was uncovered the house was possessed by his little girl Aaila Raza.

As indicated by the answer put together by Military Estate Office in District and Sessions Court on Friday, the cottage on Zamzama Street, Askari Villa Phase 6 is possessed by Aaila Raza, little girl of previous military ruler.

As indicated by sources, Defense Housing Authority (DHA) a week ago had affirmed three properties possessed by Pervez Musharraf and issued notification to Military Estate Officer for affirmation of two more properties including primary living arrangement at Army Housing.

The District and Sessions Judge South, after the exceptional court's orders, had issued a notification to Defense Housing Authority (DHA) for appropriation of Pervez Musharraf's property.

The notification conveyed to the DHA states that a report ought to be submitted inside three days after reallocation of three cottages and a plot claimed by Musharraf.

The properties, to be seized by court decision, was a house on Zamzama Street, two houses in DHA Phase 8 and a plot in Army Housing Scheme, Clifton.
